Q. Do you ship orders worldwide?

We are happy to ship worldwide (excluding the USA).

Q. Will anybody know that I ordered a fake ID?

Of course not, this is one of the many reasons we ask you to provide us with a self addressed envelope.

Q. Can I choose any details I wish?

Yes, you can choose any name, age, nationality and place of study you wish.

Q. Will my details be kept private?

Of course… we never have and never will disclose information to any other party.

Q. I see you cards contain terms, what are these?

To enhance the cards all IDs contain general terms and conditions, just like any official card would. These do not make the cards look inferior or perform in a lesser way.

Q. What are your delivery times once you receive my order?

UK: 24-48h. Europe: 2-4 days. Australia/ Canada: 4-6 days. Rest of world: Up to 8-10 days.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

ID-Unknown Payment accepted in UK cash (no coins), UK postal order or UK cheque (with name and address on rear) made payable to LSL. €uro and Australian and Canadian $ payments are accepted in cash OR cheque but only when made out in UK£ payable to LSL.

Q. Some other ID companies charge less, why?

Q. Can I order a hologram?

Yes, all KIT cards have holograms. PVC ID cards can be ordered with a durable hologram (holographic overlay).

Q. Are your free card offers still valid?

Yes, if and when they change we will always let you know by removing them from our website.

Q. Do I need a photo to order today?

No, you can order a 'do it yourself' KIT card which allows you to complete your own ID in privacy. Ideal for people who just can't wait! Similar in style to rail, bus and student cards and now available with transfer lettering and a hologram.

Q. Will you copy official ID?

We will not copy existing ID such as a DVLA driving licence, Portman Prove-it Card, NUS University or college cards nor passport or birth certificates, connections cards, Garda ID or National Age Card.

Q. Can I send any photo for use on my ID?

Yes, however we do prefer passport sized photos, however any similar photo will do.
